James Scardina, Founder and President, is a third generation roofer that has been in the industry for over 15 years. Mr. Scardina received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. He is a board member of Rebuilding Together, and is a State of Florida Licensed Roofing Contractor (License #CCC57964).

Steven Barreto, Vice President of Operations, has been in the construction industry for over nine years, and has been exclusive to the roofing industry for over four years.
